아무런 답변이 없어...2차 공개 질의
홈피 들어갔다가 속도가 너무 느려 열받아서 들어왔습니다.
며칠 전 질문에 대한 답변은 아직 없군요...
빠른 답변 바랍니다.

홈피(www.ilsog.com) 속도 너무 느려서 여러번 전화하고
글 올렸습니다만, 아무런 해결책도 없습니다.

귀사 홈피 속도의 절반만이라도 나오게 해주시오.

먼저 귀사의 유모 씨와 통화 내용 중 소스가 문제가
있다는 말에 대해 제 의견을 말씀드립니다.
이에 대한 답변을 주시기 바랍니다.

제 보드는 테크노트로 제가 인스톨한게 아니라
귀사에서 첨부터 제로보드 등과 함께 세팅해 놓은 것입니다.
또한 테크노트에서 제공한 이외의 스크립 추가, 수정 등은 전혀
사용하지 않은 상태로 사용중입니다.

제 초기 페이지에 있는 그림등이 용량이 크다고 했는데
중앙 큰 그림은 56,687 바이트, 로고 플래쉬 38,555 바이트입니다.
참고로 지금 귀사에서 사이트 윈 이벤트 한다고 올려 좋은 그림은
87,942 바이트, 메인 로고는 46,769 바이트 입니다.
제 홈피의 그림 크기때문에 늦다는 말은 터무니 없다는 말입니다.

또한 나머지 그림들도 모두 썸네일 이미지로 제공되고 있는 상태입니다.
확인하시려거든 이미지의 오른쪽 버튼을 눌러 용량을 체크해 보시기 바랍니다.
temp 폴더에서 제공되는 썸네일 이미지가 맞습니다.

또한 테크노트 홈페이지에 이와 같은 사실을 알려
혹시라도 제가 놓치지 않은 부분이 있지는 않을까
문의하여 본 결과 많은 고수들이 귀사의 서버 문제라는
결론을 내려 주셨습니다.
스크립 에러도 없는 상태라 합니다.

이에 저는 귀사에 요구합니다.
귀사 홈피 속도의 절반만이라도 나오게 해주십시오.
이는 귀사의 홈피 속도를 보고 웹호스팅을 선택했으므로,
이에 준하는 속도가 나오지 않으면 문제가 있다는
소비자 보호원의 의견도 함께 알려 드립니다.

현재까지 파악한 바로는 제 홈피에 치명적인 문제는
없으며, 귀사의 서버에 문제가 있을 것으로 사료됩니다.

이에 대한 귀사의 의견과, 해결책을 듣고 싶습니다.
